A recent conversation between Daddy and Katelyn:
Daddy: "Time to put your jammies on, Katelyn."
Katelyn: "I want to wear footy jammies."
Daddy: "No, we're going to wear the ones you wore last night."
Katelyn: "But I want to wear footy jammies!"
Daddy: "Well you're going to wear these."
Katelyn: "Well, that's just not going to work for me."
Daddy: (stunned silence)
Katelyn: "Nope, that just ain't gonna work."
I blame video games. Wait, she only plays Wii bowling. Ok, I blame Sesame Street. Or Dora. Or Barney - yes, it's got to be Barney!
Because I can't believe that there's even the tiniest chance that she got that from me. That just doesn't work for me.
